Refund policy

 

  1. Full payment is required at the time of order.

    Pre-orders and made-to-order products will be completed and delivered within 25–35 business days.

  2. 48-hour return period.

    Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after this period.

  3. No returns or exchanges for worn or altered items.

    Any item that has been worn, shows signs of use, scratches, wear, stains, modifications, or any condition that affects resale eligibility will not be accepted for return or exchange.

  4. No returns or exchanges for resized or altered jewelry.

    Rings that have been resized or necklaces that have had their length adjusted are not eligible for return or exchange.

  5. Natural characteristics of gemstones.

    Natural gemstones may contain natural textures, inclusions, cotton-like patterns, or mineral spots. These are inherent characteristics of natural gemstones and are not considered defects.

  6. Custom-made items are final sale.

    Please confirm size, design, and material details before placing an order. Custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
